Renovation of a Grade II listed Victorian era coach house to a beautifully crafted two bedroom home. An exposed glulam timber butterfly roof, solar panels and glazing form a modern single storey extension to the rear. Ceiling heights were improved by underpinning existing foundations to allow the lowering of the existing floors. Reinforced block retaining walls were used to create a sunken garden terrace. Structural steel stability frames enabled an open plan living space, and the pitched glazed façade to the rear.
