A new build office complex on a brown field site comprising a structural steel frame and profiled metal deck concrete floor superstructure over piled foundations with reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams. The building is to be wrapped in black stained oak cladding with full height glazing apertures with canopy detailing to the front and rear elevations . Low level retaining walls used for landscaping.
