Barclays apartments

Development of an existing high-street bank into six generously sized residential units, including a single storey full width vertical extension over the existing roof, with retention of existing dutch gables to the front elevation. The ground floor commercial space was retained. Large portions of the existing structure were cut out to accommodate a new communal stairway and access route through the building.
